The filter allows you to select the country, city, type of property, and price range to simplify and narrow the user's search.

We divided the entire database into two categories to simplify the search. In the first category, visitors are offered to select the country and then the type of property, city, or company, and then filter among the obtained results.

In the second category, visitors select the type of property or company and then also apply filtering to the results.

Our real estate filters include many selection criteria. Next to each criterion is the number of available properties. When a certain criterion is selected, irrelevant filters disappear, and the number of available properties is updated in real time. This allows users to receive up-to-date property lists without the message "There are no objects for your criteria."
